If you want a job done right, do it yourself, says the old adage.

And for millions of women in the United Kingdom, this family that has a nasty ring of truth.

A new study has revealed that women spend three hours a week redoing tasks that your partner feel that you have not done correctly.

Laundry, vacuuming and washing are the main tasks that men do not end with his wife or girlfriend of satisfaction was evident.

Do not rearrange your sofa cushions neatly enough, make the bed properly and clean the kitchen counters are also areas in which men fall short.

A spokesman for Sainsbury, who conducted the study among 2,000 women, said, "men of today do more housework than ever before, and nearly half of all couples now share work and care of the house together .

"While it is impossible for women to do everything themselves, they still have high hopes for perfection - and if jobs are not made to the standard desired by their partners, often many of them could do better themselves."

The study found that almost half of women surveyed said that their partner is washed frequently, but do not finish the work, clean the kitchen walls.

A third said that their men leave the couch cushions in trouble, while 32 percent never bother to make the bed.

And 28 percent said that their man would happily cook an evening meal - but then leave the kitchen in a state with food spatter around the oven.

But despite the findings, two thirds of women admit that their partners do not really try to do things right, and four of every 10 homes and share the work evenly.

The survey also revealed a fifth of men are not even aware of the fact that homework wrong - and half of women say they do not bother to scold do better.

Men are also more likely to get into drawers pull rather than fixing things right, or put things in the wrong place to never meet again.

The clothes causing a multitude of problems - like men hanging clothes on the rack too close together so it does not dry, rarely separated dark colors from the lights and do nothing times before putting in the closet.

When it comes to washing dishes, most men prefer the dishes stacked precariously on a mountain in the rack instead of dry, or if you have a dishwasher, they will overfill prevention everything from getting clean .

Even the vacuum cleaner stops smoking women, as its sole shareholder vacuums the center of the room and then proceeds to walk around the house with his shoes in the afternoon.

Sainsbury's spokesman, added: "Two thirds of women admit they are very happy when their partners are involved with cleaning, and cheer when it was recognized that these things are not done for themselves.

"But can not help but be critical of their efforts, believing that it is not quite up to par.

"Perhaps it is the case that men just do not care so much and do not realize how much work will have a clean and tidy - and after a long day of work they are more concerned with putting their feet up of fat pillows or matching socks.

And despite spending the equivalent of one week each year, re-do household chores, over half of women estimate that if your partner is upset, actually do a better job than these tasks, as would be more complete.
